• Coaching information: what you share through intake forms, calls and coaching sessions, including goals and background
• Sensitive information: some coaching (for example, meal and exercise plans) may involve health information. We only collect this with your consent, and only when it is needed for your coaching
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details
• Marketing data: details you submit through our newsletter, the 7 Day Audacity Challenge and other sign up forms
• Booking information: details you provide when booking a call through Calendly
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device and website usage, collected through cookies and analytics
• Podcast information: details provided when applying to be a guest or engaging with our content
• Communications: records of our emails, WhatsApp messages and social media messages

2. How we collect it

Directly from you when you:

• Sign up to the newsletter or the 7 Day Audacity Challenge
• Book a call
• Buy a coaching program and agree to our coaching terms

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the business:

• Systeme.io (email, forms, automations and checkout)
• Stripe (payments)
• Calendly (call bookings)
• Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp (sessions and messaging)
• Netlify and Cloudflare (website hosting and security)
• Professional advisors, such as accountants and lawyers, where needed

Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

5. Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including using secure, reputable platforms and limiting who can access it. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Coaching confidentiality

What you share in coaching stays confidential and is not disclosed without your consent, except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm to you or others. Session recordings are shared only with you (or, for group calls, members of that group).

7. Cookies

Our website may use cookies to improve your experience and understand how visitors use the site. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, though some features may not work as well.

8. Your rights
